Our soft, vibrant take on a blend of arguably Waiheke's two most iconic grapes. The 2019 is made up of estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon (65%) and Syrah (35%), fermented over two weeks and aged for 12 months in oak (25% new). A medium bodied, elegant red with an intriguing nose of forest fruit and spice. The palate delivers cassis and ripe plum flavours with a hint of thyme. The 2019 vintage provided wines with great concentration, which is evident in the mouth-filling texture of this wine.

"This hot, steamy wine was picked provocatively many years ago by a number of nubile nymphs. The juices were stomped on, pressed and then barrelled for many years with the lights out. The palate has saucy rich undergarments and an explosive finish.
