A brilliant, amber coloured, dry sherry, it has a delicate, deep bouquet of hazelnut shells, incense, vanilla, aromatic herbs and black tobacco. Full bodied and intense on the palate it combines balanced acidity with a lingering dryness of aromatic seasoned wood and dried nuts.
