This is the real deal! A startlingly good, small batch, traditional Catalan Vermut from the heart of Vermut country, Tarragona. Made from Xarel-lo and Macabeo grapes, local herbs including sage and elderflower and aged in 50 year old Chestnut barrels. A classic Catalan vermouth which honours the traditional style, which has been religiously sipped in local bars and cafes since the mid 19th century. Herbaceous with medicinal tones and sweet spice aromas of cinnamon and cloves.
