This is a pale and golden Sherry with delicate almond aromas. Light on the palate and slightly salty due to the ageing cellars being located on the pier at El Puerto de Santa Maria. This wine is aged for a minimum of 3years under flor. Bottled June 2023 and shipped with all haste so as to be enjoyed as fresh as possible. Undoubtedly one of the world's best food wines and a classic aperitif.
