Ximenez Spinola Old Harvest Medium - 500ml

Incredibly unique style of PX. It isn't fortified at all and yet has reached 17% abv. by natural fermentation and concentration during ageing in the 1964 solera system it is taken from. At approximately 40g of residual sugar this wine is sweet, but beautifully balanced and shows a complexity that is completely unheard of for a Pedro Ximenez. Wonderfully versatile with all kinds of food.
